Shipping
- Orders are typically shipped within one business day, although it may take up to two business days in some cases.
- Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping Fees
- FREE shipping for orders greater than $50 to the continental United States. Orders less than $50 - $11.95 flat rate applied.
- Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii - $59.95 flat rate applied.
Shipping Method
- Orders shipped to the United States will ship via UPS.
- Orders shipped internationally will ship via United States Postal Service.
Returns
- For ALTO GARDEN GX Towers, your purchase includes a 30 day trial period. You can return your tower if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Customer shall be responsible for return shipping fees.
- Please contact us to obtain your RA (Return Authorization) # before returning. Packages received without an RA# will not be refunded.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
